Mr. Joshi is a highly motivated, creative and versatile aviation executive with practical hands-on approach in Aviation Operations and its development. He is resourceful in building effective and productive working relationships with clients and staff. His excellent management, negotiation and public relations skills set him apart from his peers. 

Mr. Joshi has successfully completed  Masters in Aviation Management from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the respectable Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.. He is an IATA Certified Professional in Airport Operations, Passenger Services and Cargo Handling. He has successfully undergone AVSEC Security Training Program from Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).

Mr. Joshi has a professional experience of more than a year at Mumbai International Airport as a Team Leader – Customer Service. He has been awarded as “Intern of The Month” for the month of July’09.  He has been fastest promoted Team Leader among all interns at Mumbai International Airport Ltd. (MIAL). 

He gained tremendous International exposure during his internship at Cologne/Bonn Airport, Germany. His recommendations led to increase in overall efficiency Cologne/Bonn Airport and his contribution was warmly appreciated.

His pioneering work incorporates “Benchmarking of Airports” and understanding the “Passenger Psychology”. With a new approach to benchmarking, he has taken the method of measuring productivity to another level. Also, he has successfully derived a mathematical proof of a strong correlation between Ethnic background of the passenger and his buying behavior. Optimizing revenue and minimizing wastage are his key competencies.

His research paper on Growth, Opportunities and Challenges in General Aviation under the able guidance of Prof. Ajit Nigam was coined noteworthy by Aviation Cooperation Program (US and India). His creativity to undertake practical approaches is evidenced by award he received for making a video on “Recession: Danger Ahead” which was considered best by the jury. His main strength is his command over languages. He is an expert in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujrati and is proficient in international languages like German and Spanish. 

He received a Certificate of Excellence from Homi Bhabha Bal Vaidnyanik Competition and was also awarded Certificate of Appreciation from college festival “Umang” for excellent management.

Mr. Joshi has always tried to sincerely deliver his social responsibility by constant blood donations and has received “Excellence Award” from Cancer Patient Aid Association for sincere and dedicated services towards Cancer patients.
